EBC – FAQ
We will start with the pre registration the evening before (01 December) from 17:00 – 20:00.
The programme on 02 December will start at approximately 9:00 in the morning and will end on 03 December in the afternoon.
Please note this may change in the process of creating the programme.

Please schedule pick-up with a delivery service for the evening of 03 December 2025. Please fill in the label included in the Exhibitor Guide, to allow the hotel to allocate your packages.

Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. For cancellations made on or before 31 July 2025, a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice total will be charged. For cancellations made between 31 July 2025 and 02 November 2025, fifty percent (50%) of the invoice total will be charged. The full invoice total (100%) will be charged for cancellations made after 02 November 2025. However, delegates may be substituted in writing at no additional cost at any time before the event.
You may switch from on-site to online participation until 30 November 2025. In this case, please contact conference@european-bioplastics.org.

No, you do not need to print a ticket, we have a participants list at the registration desk.

As soon as you are accepted as speaker, kindly send in a high-resolution photo and CV in text form. Both will be used to show you as speaker on various outlets.

After sending an abstract, the Advisory Board will discuss your proposal. You will be informed by Ms Denise Valdix, when the process is done.
