Dear Members,

Due to an increasing number of requests by members subject to travel restrictions to be able to attend the Members Meeting virtually, we have decided to offer the possibility to join the meeting online.

Please be aware, however, that while members attending the meeting online can pose questions and provide comments, only those companies that are represented on-site will be able to cast votes. Therefore, in case that neither you yourself nor any colleague of yours will be able to represent your company on-site in Brussels, we strongly suggest you consider passing a proxy vote to a member of your trust attending the Members Meeting in person.

Please make sure to use the enclosed registration form for the transfer of your vote, which we would need to receive by Monday, 3 June 2024, 12 pm, at the latest.
