Invitation: Join us for the first EUBP Talk of our new webinar series on the Advancements in Recycling of Bioplastics

Dear Members,

Get ready for our new EUBP Talk webinar series on “The Advancements in Recycling of Bioplastics” in a casual coffee break-style atmosphere. 

In our first edition, Lorette du Preez, Head of Sustainability and Environmental Affairs at European Bioplastics (EUBP), will introduce and kick off the EUBP Talk Series, setting the stage for discussions on the future of bioplastics recycling. 

The series will explore advancements in bioplastics recycling, available recycling technologies, and the challenges faced—starting from technology readiness level TRL 5.

Our second speaker is Javier Grau Forner, Researcher in Mechanical Recycling at AIMPLAS, who will provide an in-depth look at the current state of bioplastics waste management, its impact on conventional plastics systems, and the challenges in recovery and mechanical recycling.
