At this meeting, we will present to you the selected option for the relocation of activities as well as the new governance (through a presentation given by EY law). Afterwards, we will send you a draft of the statutes governing the new association and ask you to provide us your questions and comments. At the second meeting on 25 November 2024, we will discuss your questions and comments, again with the support of EY law.
