Dear Members,

The upcoming Members Meeting will take place on Thursday, 14 December 2023, in Berlin, at the Titanic Hotel, Chausseestr. 30, 10115 Berlin.

We will start at 9 a.m. and finish at around 12 p.m. with a closing lunch.

Please save the date!

As this Members Meeting is combined with the EBC23, we have a room contingent with the Titanic Hotel. Please use this link to book your room.

The rooms are available until end of October 2023.

We will keep you informed and send you the respective documents in due course.

In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest transferring your voting right to a member of your trust surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be brought to our attention in written form.
