Dear Members,
We cordially invite you to participate in our spring 2024 Members Meeting.

Location: European Bioplastics e.V., Avenue Palmerston 3, 1000 Brussels
The annual report 2023 will be presented during the meeting. Furthermore, please find attached the agenda and financial report 2023 (balance, gains & losses). The explanations will be given in the meeting.
In this meeting, the regular election of the Board will be on the agenda (see also Call for Candidacies of 13 March 2024). The presentation of the candidates will also be attached to this invitation.
Moreover, in this meeting the members shall also discuss legal, tax, commercial and political drivers / aspects on the change of the legal status of EUBP / establishment of EUBP in Brussels, Belgium, i.e. the transfer of the registered seat of EUBP from Berlin, Germany, to Brussels, Belgium and to convert EUBP into an international non-profit association under Belgian law. The presentation of possible options under legal and tax aspects to migrate EUBP to Brussels will also be attached to this invitation. Further legal, tax, commercial and political drivers / aspects will be handed in to the members as discussion and resolution basis prior to the meeting within the next two weeks.
The meeting will be followed by a social get-together on the same premises. Please indicate your intention to attend it in the attached registration form.
In case you are not able to participate, we kindly suggest you transfer your voting right to a member of your trust, surely to attend the meeting. Please note, to be valid, vote transfers must be indicated on the attached fax answer form or otherwise in a written form be brought to our attention before the meeting.
